The VI International Scientific Conference and the XX nationwide teachers reading "Vasyl Sukhomlinsky in dialogue with modernity: the formation of creative personality" dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the great teacher-humanist too place in Kirovograd.

Participants of the conference were representatives of Pavlo TychynaUman State Pedagogical University headed by Natalia Pobirchenko, the Rector. The conference was attended by the prominent scientists from Ukraine and Russia, the People's Republic of China, Kazakhstan and other countries, teachers of Ukrainian Philology Department at USPU (Lydia Mamchur, Liubov Parheta, Larysa Yovenko, Iryna Kycherenko). The presentations of ukrainian and foreign scholars were dealing with the multifaceted educational heritage of Vasyl Sukhomlynsky, its inexhaustible treasure for modern education of an individual.
