III year students of Department of Arts in specialty “Pictorial Art” Daryna Kozaretska and Marichka Musatova have become recipients of a prize at All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad II stage in Pictorial Art (Painting) which took place at Yuriy Kondratyuk Poltava National Technical University. Our congratulations and we wish you inspiration!

The following tasks were set before winners of the Olympiad I stage: painting a portrait of a sitter with a belt in front of landscape on plain-air with oil.

Daryna and Marichka demonstrated their high skills and quality of their arts school, therefore, they are grateful to their supervisor, artist and pedagogue at Fine Arts Chair Yuriy Kovalenko, who has been teaching them pictorial arts from the first year. At the same time, our students had an opportunity to get acquainted with different art schools of Ukraine and exchange their experience as for traditional and modern techniques in painting.
