There was the "Essential issues of training the future teachers of art disciplines in Ukraine and abroad" nationwide scientific - practical conference with international participation. The seminar was organized by Arts and Pedagogics Department of USPU jointly with Odessa National A. V. Nezhdanova Academy of Music, Conservatory at Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and "Yad Harif" Arts Center (Israel), and Uman regional music school named P.D. Demutsky.

The scientists, young researchers, graduate students were taking part in discussing the important issues of training the future teachers of music, dance and visual arts. At the plenary and affiliated meeting the following issues were addressed: the innovative technologies for shaping the artistic personality through art, the historical aspects of the art education, the development of the spiritual potential of future teachers in the process of creative self-actualization, the culture implementation approach to art education, and the specifics of training the teachers of music abroad.

The speeches by the guests Yuriy Dykiy, the Professor of Odessa National Music Academy named after AV Nezhdanova, and Yuriy Povolotskiy, the composer, pianist, teacher at the Conservatory of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance were very interesting.
